Expectations and best practices for productive remote work.
Purpose
It is the policy of Bright Home Energy that we do not allow work from home. This is not because we don’t see the value or want to provide employees with flexibility, but because with our size and available resources we do not have a proper infrastructure in place to support work from home at this time. Also, we love the atmosphere and vibes you all bring when you are here!
However, in special circumstances, it may be approved by appropriate leadership if necessary.
