Dress Code

Guidelines to help you present your best, comfortably and professionally.

Purpose

You look like a million bucks
How you present yourself shapes first impressions. Wear what’s comfortable and aligned with a professional environment.

Scope

This dress code applies to all employees (full-time or part-time) who work in the office setting. Those working in the field or warehouse are given different dress code expectations based on their department & roles.

Our Dress Code

Avoid Wearing

  1. Clothing that is too tight or revealing (spandex shorts or tight leggings, workout clothing, belly button showing, etc.)
  2. Clothing that is too baggy or loose (pajamas, sweat pants, hoodies etc.)
  3. Any article should be from Bright Home or blank.
  4. Shorts
  5. Flip Flops
Workin' from home
If you’re working from home, feel free to dress a bit more casually. But please make sure that your on-camera appearance is work-appropriate during web-based meetings.
Wash your hands
Hygiene is also part of our dress code, and we expect everyone to come to work clean, smelling good and dressed appropriately.

Disciplinary Action

Tsk tsk tsk

The following may trigger some uncomfortable conversations:

  • Any outfit deemed inappropriate, including - but not limited to examples shared before
  • A disregard for personal hygiene
  • A habit of disregarding our company dress code

If you are found doing any of these things, we will have a private conversation to resolve the issue.
