Monitoring

Our monitoring sites are set up by our service dept after install (monitoring set up). The monitoring site will vary based on the type of inverter the HO's received. A link will be sent to the HO within 5-7 business days after the system is fired up (commissioning date is populated) for them to monitor their system on their own. If we find that there is something off with the system, we will delay sending the link to our HO's.

Once the link is sent (monitoring invitation date is populated), a task is created for our Account Managers to follow up with out HO's to ensure that they received the link and they understand that they are responsible for their own monitoring. After that, our Account Managers will complete a Final Call. During this call we will go over the monitoring site, addressing any questions our HO's might have. Once the final call has been completed, we send out the Final Packet.
