Systems We Use - Energy Consultants
Purpose
We use a lot of different systems to get our work done. This Subject will introduce you to one needed as an Energy Consultant. As an Energy Consultant, you will use a 3rd party service called Solo to create and edit your customer proposals, get credit approval, and sign contracts.
Targets
When you have completed this Subject, you will be able to:
- Create a new customer or edit an existing customer in Solo
- Run a customer credit report for approval of a customer system
- Request documents for signing contracts
Solo - Energy Consultants
Logging In
To log into Solo, go to gosolo.io and type in your credentials assigned to you by an administrator. If you haven't received a login yet, speak with your leader.
Note: The PDF included a video tutorial showing the Solo login process and interface walkthrough.
Note: Lead Setters do not need access to Solo. This tool is only used by Energy Consultants.
Home Page
Add new customers or search from existing one's through the "New Customer" button or search bar
Leaderboard
See a company leaderboard of who has closed how many deals for the month and what % of the company sales you have contributed to
Recent Leads
See a list of your recent leads that have been submitted into Solo. Unless you are an administrator, you will only be able to see your recent leads or leads that have been assigned to you.

Microsoft Teams
Login Information:
- Username: your work email address
- Password: you'll create it when you sign in
Description: Teams is our primary internal communication tool.
What we use it for:
- Sharing company information and events
- Individual, team, and all staff group chats
- Discussions focused on specific topics
- Forum questions and discussions
ZOHO CRM
Login Information:
- Username: company email address
- Password: personal password
Description: ZOHO is our company CRM. All customer information and company wide communication regarding our deals in done through ZOHO.
What we use it for:
- Creating and Tracking deals
- Customer information
Weave Phone System
Login Information:
- Username: company email address
- Password: you'll create it when you sign in
Description: Weave is our office phone system
What we use it for:
- Calling customers and coworkers
- Text messages
- Call Records
Microsoft 365

Description: Microsoft office is how we interconnect all of our records and information on a company wide scale
