Inspections

For every inspection, we will make sure HO is aware that there will be someone on their property. In some instances, they will even need to be home to allow access to certain equipment.

An inspector from the AHJ will go on site to review our work and let us know if we "Passed" or "Failed"

If we pass inspections - we get something called a "Green Tag" also known as a passed inspection. The inspector may leave a card on site with the details of the inspection and/or they will submit the info into their portal.

Once we receive the green tag, it get stored in our one drive in the HO folder and it's sent to our finance partners and Utility company.
